If you would like a cost estimate for your special event music, please send a request to us via email, specifying your event type and preferred instrumentation, and we will be certain to respond as soon as possible. If your event is a wedding, please see the music package suggestions below and indicate if there is one which may be of interest to you.

Personal Consult

A personal consult can be arranged, free of charge, at our music studio to discuss further details should you wish to hire Musical Memories for your special occasion.

Wedding Rehearsal

Should your event be a wedding, your wedding rehearsal will be included in the cost estimate returned to you by Musical Memories.

Distance Factor

As we are located in Muskoka, Musical Memories will take distance into consideration when reviewing your quote form. Travel fees will be charged for long-distance events.

Wedding Ceremony Basic Package Option #1:

Violin and Piano

Up to 1/2 hour pre-ceremony music
First processional
Second processional
Signing of the marriage license
Recessional
10-15 minutes post-ceremony music

Wedding Ceremony Basic Package Option #2:

Violin, Voice, and Piano

Up to 1/2 hour pre-ceremony music: piano accompanied violin solos with optional vocal solos/duets
First processional: violin solo
Second processional: violin solo
Signing of the marriage license: vocal solo or vocal duet
Recessional: violin solo
10-15 minutes post-ceremony music: violin solos with optional vocal solos/duets

Wedding Ceremony Enhanced Package:

Violin and Piano

Violin, Voice, and Piano

Same as Basic Package of preference, except include:

Up to 1 hour of pre-ceremony music
20 minutes-1/2 hour of post ceremony music

Additional add-on options:

Rehearsal Dinner: background music or concert, 30 minutes-1 hour
Ceremony Interlude Music: 1-3 additional musical selections during ceremony
Reception Music: 30 minute interval, 45 minute interval, or 60 minute interval
